When is the NBK Run?

Where do I register?
What do I need in order to register?
The participant must have vaccination certificate and valid civil ID or any other official personal ID like your passport or driver’s license.
When does registration end?
Until the kit stock runs out.
What time is the NBK Run?
The race will start for all categories at 8:30am. Participants have to be present at the start point at 7:30 AM.
Where is the NBK Run happening?
It starts from the Green Island – Arabian Gulf Road to the Shuwaikh Beach Park overlooking the Gulf Road & next to KPC building.
How long is the distance?
The length of the race for all is 11km.
Who can register?
Participation is open to both genders of all nationalities of ages 15 years and above.
When do I need to be there on the day of the NBK Run?
All participants are required to be present one hour before time at the race’s starting line.
How much will be the registration fees?
KD 8/-
What I will get in return if I paid the registration fees?
You will get the kit items (t-shirt, Bib number, Bag , cap) and a medal(at the finish line), also you will be entitled to enter the grand prize draw.
Where I can get the kit items?
Al Shaheed Park Multi-purpose Hall in Phase 1, next to Starbucks, from Tuesday, 30 November – Thursday, 2 December, 2021
From 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
What should I wear?
The participant should wear appropriate sports attire. All registered participants must wear the t-shirt, and Bib number assigned to them by the organizing committee.
Do I bring my own food and water?
Water points will be available along the entire race line.
What do I get if I win?
The top three winners from both categories (women and men will be awarded valuable cash prizes(total 6 winners). In addition, participants will be entitled to the draw on the grand prize and lots of surprises.
Who are the referees?
This year will be no referees. All results will be supervised and authorized by the Event Management Company (SUFFIX). The bib number on the particpant’s shirt will be tracked throughout the race.
What happens if someone seeks outside help?
If any participant seeks outside help (bicycle, car, instructions, etc.) he/she will be disqualified.
Are there any other activities besides the race?
There will be a closing ceremony to award all winners of the race. Also, all participants will be entitled to the draw on the grand prize a new Nissan X – TERA 2021 car from the strategic partner Al Babtain Group. There will also be lots of surprises for those present.
